કપોળ સેતુ તમારી ગોપનીયતાનું સન્માન કરે છે. આ નીતિ સમજાવે છે કે અમે અમારી મોબાઈલ એપમાં કઈ માહિતી એકઠી કરીએ છીએ, તેનો ઉપયોગ કેવી રીતે કરીએ છીએ અને તેને કેવી રીતે સુરક્ષિત રાખીએ છીએ.
- અમે કઈ માહિતી એકઠી કરીએ છીએ: એપમાં નોંધણી અને લોગિન માટે અમે તમારો મોબાઈલ નંબર અને ઈમેલ એડ્રેસ લઈએ છીએ. તમારો મોબાઈલ નંબર ચકાસવા માટે OTP (One Time Password) મોકલવામાં આવે છે. આ માહિતી ફક્ત તમારું એકાઉન્ટ બનાવવા અને સુરક્ષિત રીતે લોગિન કરવા માટે વપરાય છે.
- ચેટ, વોઈસ અને ફોટા: એપમાં તમે મોકલો છો તે મેસેજ, વોઈસ રેકોર્ડિંગ અને ફોટા/ઈમેજ અમારા સિક્યોર સર્વર પર સંગ્રહિત (સ્ટોર) કરવામાં આવે છે. આ ડેટા તમારા મોબાઈલ ડિવાઈસ પર સ્ટોર થતો નથી; તે એપ ચલાવવા અને ગ્રુપ મેમ્બર્સ વચ્ચે વાતચીત શક્ય બનાવવા માટે સર્વર પર રાખવામાં આવે છે.
- એડમિન અને એક્સપર્ટની ભૂમિકા: ફક્ત એડમિન જ નવા એક્સપર્ટને એપમાં ઉમેરી શકે છે. એડમિનને ચેટમાં મેસેજનો જવાબ આપવાનો, મેસેજ ડિલીટ કરવાનો અને મેસેજ વાંચવાનો અધિકાર છે, જેથી ગ્રુપનું યોગ્ય સંચાલન અને મોડરેશન થઈ શકે.
- માહિતીનો ઉપયોગ: તમારી માહિતીનો ઉપયોગ ફક્ત એકાઉન્ટ વેરિફિકેશન, એપની સેવાઓ પૂરી પાડવા, ગ્રુપ મેમ્બરશિપ મેનેજ કરવા અને ગ્રુપમાં યોગ્ય વર્તન જળવાય તે માટે કરવામાં આવે છે. અમે તમારી માહિતી કોઈપણ ત્રીજી પાર્ટીને વેચતા નથી.
- ડેટા સુરક્ષા: તમારો ડેટા સુરક્ષિત સર્વર પર રાખવામાં આવે છે અને તેને અનધિકૃત ઍક્સેસથી બચાવવા માટે વ્યાજબી ટેકનિકલ પગલાં લેવામાં આવે છે.
- થર્ડ પાર્ટી ટૂલ્સ: અમે Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel અથવા અન્ય કોઈ જાહેરાત ટ્રેકિંગ ટૂલનો ઉપયોગ કરતા નથી. OTP મોકલવા માટે અમે વિશ્વસનીય SMS/ઓથેન્ટિકેશન સેવા પ્રદાતાનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકીએ છીએ.
- ડેટા ડિલીટ કરવો: જો તમે તમારું એકાઉન્ટ અને તેની સાથે જોડાયેલ ડેટા ડિલીટ કરાવવા ઈચ્છતા હો, તો કૃપા કરીને નીચે આપેલા સંપર્ક પર અમારો સંપર્ક કરો.
- ફોટા અને વિડિયો: ગ્રુપના સભ્યોની પરવાનગીથી જ તેમના ફોટા અને વિડિયો પ્રકાશિત કરવામાં આવશે.

Kapol Setu respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our mobile app, how we use it, and how we protect it.
- Information We Collect: To register and log in, we collect your mobile number and email address. We send an OTP (One Time Password) to your mobile number to verify it. This information is used only to create your account and let you log in securely.
- Chat, Voice, and Photos: Messages, voice recordings, and photos/images you send within the app are stored on our secure server. This data is not stored on your mobile device; it is kept on the server so the app can function and members can communicate with each other.
- Role of Admin and Experts: Only the admin can add new experts to the app. The admin has the ability to reply to messages, delete messages, and read messages in chats, in order to properly manage and moderate the group.
- Use of Information: Your information is used only for account verification, providing the app's services, managing group membership, and maintaining appropriate conduct within the group. We do not sell your information to any third party.
- Data Security: Your data is kept on a secure server, and reasonable technical measures are taken to protect it from unauthorized access.
- Third-Party Tools: We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising tracking tools. We may use a trusted SMS/authentication service provider to deliver OTPs.
- Deleting Your Data: If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted, please contact us using the details below.
- Photos and Videos: Photos and videos of group members will be published only with their permission.
