Kapol Setu App

By using this app, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose: This app exists to connect members of the Kapol community and enable communication and information sharing among them.
2. Registration and Account: To join the app, you must provide your mobile number and email address, and verify your mobile number via OTP. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
3. Membership: Only members of the Kapol community can join this group. The group admin reserves the right to add or remove any member at any time without reason.
4. Experts: Only the admin can add experts to the app. The list of experts and their role is at the admin's discretion.
5. Chat Moderation: To properly manage conversations in the app, the admin has the right to reply to messages, read any message, and delete messages that are inappropriate or violate these terms.
6. Data Storage: Text messages, voice recordings, and photos/images sent in the app are stored on our server rather than on your device, so that the app can function correctly.
7. Code of Conduct: No religious, political, discriminatory, offensive, or false messages are allowed in the group. Spreading fake news and rumors is strictly prohibited. Sending inappropriate voice messages or photos is not allowed.
8. Use of Content: Photos and videos shared by members may be used on the app and social media for group promotion. If anyone has an objection, please contact the admin.
9. Disclaimer: The admin is not responsible for the accuracy of information shared in the group. Users must verify information themselves before making any decisions.
10. Donations: This app does not collect any donations.
11. Changes: These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be available on the app and website.
